SHIPPING POLICY
DUE TO HIGHER THAN NORMAL ORDER VOLUMES, SHIPPING TIMES MIGHT BE DELAYED A FEW DAYS

FAST SHIP TIMES AND METHODS.
We want your order to arrive as soon as possible, which is why almost all orders ship within 2 business day. To make sure you get your order as soon as possible, we have multiple warehouses across Canada. Your order will ship from the nearest warehouse that contains your items. We also have other options if you need your order rushed!

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING*- Most orders ship within 2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of order date via FedEx, UPS Priority or other regional carriers to get your order to you as fast as possible. Most standard ground shipments arrive within 5 business days.

EXPEDITED 2-DAY (2-Business Days) SHIPPING-$20*- Most orders ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of the order date. Expedited shipping times are based on business days after the order ships and do not include order processing time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We bring MOLTOO to the world by offering international shipping. International shipments, including those to US, ship via UPS or FedEx Mail Innovations. On average it takes 7-10 business days for the order to arrive. Any additional duties, taxes, fees, or VAT due on international orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Following are our Flat-Rate International shipping costs (CAD):
CANADA (except Ontario) - $29 Per Order
US - $29 Per Order
UK - $39 Per Order

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES/CONTINENTS- $39 Per Order
There are a handful of countries we are currently unable to ship to. As long as your country appears in the list of countries when entering your shipping address, we can ship to you!
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns for MOLTOO gelato mix products. These items are classified as Final Sale.

For the accessories, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect item ordered, original shipping will not be refunded.
We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after the shipping date for a product that is unused. Refunds will be issued to the card used on the original transaction.
All products should be returned with original hangtags, instructions, and packaging. All products are inspected upon receipt before your refund is processed. If the product is found to be missing original packaging and/or hangtags, a refund will be in the form of store credit only at the current list price.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at moltoocustomercare@mychef.com. within 7 days from the date of the shipment receipt. You will receive a response promptly advising you how to handle your request. In your email, please include your original order number, which item you're returning or exchanging, and a brief description letting us know the reason for your return.
